What do I need to buy from Vel-Mex Corporation?

You need to be a registered company with a current tax id. All customers must fill out a tax exempt form, sign it, and send it back to us. You may download the form here :

What is the minimum purchase order?

The minimum purchase order is $400.00

What are your payment options?

We accept all major cards, paypal, COD, Check, and cash. Credit card, and paypal payment have a 3%fee. Cash on Delivery(COD) has a $15.00 fee on package shipping service(UPS, FEDEX, USPS), and up to $50.00 on freight service if your order apply. Cash option or check is accepted, but your order will be shipped as soon check is fully deposited. Call us if you need more payment information call to: (915)774-0666.

What is your return policy?

Any returns of damaged articles, or concerns regarding your order, should be reported within seven business days upon receipt of your order. If you do not contact us within this period we are to understand faqs that you are satisfied with the merchandise received. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you charge tax?

How do you ship orders?

We usually ship through UPS, but most of orders requires freight service. Customers are responsible for shipping fees. Freight services is usually the best option, because the pallet reduce the risk of damage to large bulky products and/or fragile items, such as mirrors and ceramics. In some cases of faqs, Vel-Mex may be able to deliver your orders personally(i.e. states like Texas, New Mexico, and Arizona)
